Returns

Due to the nature of our products, What If? is unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or consumed products. However, if your purchase is damaged or defective, we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at sales@whatifhardseltzer.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the damage, we will either issue a replacement or provide a refund, depending on your preference and availability of the product.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for damaged or defective items only. If a refund is granted, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
